I received a double shipment of this mug and was charged twice. I tried emailing immediately after I recognized the error but did not hear back from customer service until it was too late to stop the shipment. I was informed via email that I could choose 2 t-shirts of equal value as a gift for the double shipment. I responded to the link that I was sent and placed an order for the 2 shirts. I have yet to receive any response and I placed the order on 9/4/19. I retained a copy of my email correspondence if you need me to forward it on to you. I am hoping that this will reach the correct department so that this issue can be resolved.
